Welcome to Subcultrd. These Terms & Conditions explain the rules that apply when you visit our website, place an order or use our services.

By using our website or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and any other policies referred to on our website.

1. About Our Store

Subcultrd is an online lifestyle brand offering products including wall art, graphic T-shirts, hoodies and other merchandise.

Our products may be produced or printed to order. Where this applies, production will normally begin after your order has been confirmed.

We aim to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours, dimensions and other information shown on our website are accurate. However, colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen, device and the nature of the printing or manufacturing process.

2. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your basket.

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, for example because of a pricing or stock error, suspected fraud, inability to fulfil the order or an error in the product information.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the relevant amount.

Please check your order details carefully before completing your purchase. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at sales@subcultrd.com. Once production or fulfilment has begun, we may not always be able to make changes.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are shown in the currency displayed on our website.

The price charged will be the price displayed when you place your order, subject to correction of any obvious pricing error.

Any applicable delivery charges will be shown during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout. Payments are processed securely through our payment providers.

For international orders, customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country where applicable.

4. Production and Delivery

Some Subcultrd products are produced or printed after an order is placed.

Estimated production and delivery times are displayed on our website or relevant product pages where applicable. These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

We will make reasonable efforts to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe. Occasionally delays may occur due to couriers, suppliers, customs or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

5. Returns, Cancellations and Refunds

Your rights to cancel or return an order depend on the type of product purchased and the circumstances of the return.

Where you have a statutory right to cancel or return an order, these Terms do not restrict those rights.

Products that are genuinely personalised or made to a customer's individual specification may be treated differently under applicable consumer law.

If an item arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect or materially different from its description, please contact sales@subcultrd.com with your order number and details of the problem.

Products may be changed, updated or discontinued without notice.

We may limit quantities or availability where reasonably necessary.

If we are unable to fulfil an order after payment has been taken, we will contact you and provide an appropriate refund.

Unless otherwise stated, the content on the Subcultrd website, including Subcultrd branding, original graphics, photographs, text, product artwork and website content, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Purchasing a Subcultrd product does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property associated with the product or its design.

You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, commercially exploit or create unauthorised copies of our protected content without permission from the relevant rights holder.

Third-party names, trademarks and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

8. Acceptable Use

You must not misuse our website or attempt to interfere with its operation or security.

You must not knowingly introduce viruses or other malicious technology, attempt unauthorised access, use our website for unlawful purposes, or infringe the rights of Subcultrd or any third party.

Purchases made directly from Subcultrd are contracts between you and the business operating Subcultrd, not Shopify.
